A school institution that is divided from within causes students and teachers to be divided by their respective political leanings and ideological understandings.
The Soviet Union had collapsed into several factions, and some students and teachers took refuge under the German bombardment there. They had hope for a safe haven, and unity for the Russia.
On the Other Side of the Sahara, the Technocrat Group is working to establish a Technocratic state in the barren region for research and oasis projects that are touted as a place to live.
Will this world ever be at peace again from the cruelty and tyranny that reigns supreme and will they establish a new government as their ambition and savior?

В условиях внутреннего раскола в школьном учреждении ученики и преподаватели оказываются разделены своими политическими взглядами и идеологическими убеждениями.
Советский Союз распался на несколько фракций, и некоторые ученики и преподаватели нашли там убежище под немецкими бомбардировками. Они надеялись на безопасное убежище и единство России.
По другую сторону Сахары группа технократов работает над созданием технократического государства в этом бесплодном регионе для исследовательских и оазисных проектов, которые рекламируются как место для жизни.
Сможет ли этот мир когда-нибудь снова обрести мир, освободившись от жестокости и тирании, царящих здесь, и создадут ли они новое правительство, которое станет их амбицией и спасителем?
