In this update, the mod introduces a new level of depth and large-scale changes that shape the architecture of the Paper world’s future.
After the end of the Second Indonesian War and the collapse of the German Coalition, the world enters a new era of instability.
“War Plan Red” reveals the hidden struggle between Canada and the United States, while “Ashes of Unity” shows how new powers are born beneath the ashes of old ideals.

The Second Emu War is a fictionalized reinterpretation of the real “Emu War”, transformed here into a major Paperist conflict involving Australian forces and avian symbolism within the mod’s alternate world.
